The following Purchase Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process of CVTheatre ticketing. These Purchase Terms and Conditions are subject to, and incorporate by this reference, Refund/Exchange policy. The following terms and conditions apply to all ticket purchases on the CVTheatre website and box office (each, a “Service”). Terms and conditions of sites linked to, by or from this Service may vary. By purchasing your tickets for any CVTheatre production, you agree to the following ticketing terms and conditions and have reviewed any referenced documents.

Each ticket that you purchase is a license to attend a particular event, and is subject to the additional terms set forth on that ticket as well as any applicable terms which the venue imposes. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket’s face amount. A ticket is not redeemable for cash.

Payment for CVTheatre tickets is required in full at time of purchase, otherwise the order will not be fulfilled and the tickets will not be valid. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from CVTheatre. Should you do so, your tickets will be canceled, and CVTheatre may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using CVTheatre ticketing.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure proper contact and billing information for your ticket order. Once your order has been received and processed, you will automatically receive a billing confirmation to the email address supplied on the order. Tickets purchased online or pre-sale will be automatically delivered to the same email as the order confirmation. CVTheatre will not hold tickets nor does it have will call.

In reference to the CVTheatre Refund/Exchange policy, no refunds will be offered once a ticket has been purchased unless in the event of an unforeseen production cancellation. Refunds will require consent and valid identification from the original purchaser and will be refunded to the original method of payment. Certain fees, such as non-refundable ticketing processing and convenience fees, are not applicable to refunds.

In reference to the CVTheatre Refund/Exchange policy, exchanges will be permitted for tickets of the same performance, given that the tickets meet the requirements set forth by the Refund/Exchange policy, which is subject to change at any time without notice.

CVTheatre reserves the right to cancel the license granted under the tickets in connection with any fraudulent sale of such tickets, without refund or other compensation. The ticket(s) may not be used for any advertising and/or promotional purposes (which include contests and sweepstakes) or resold without the prior authorization of CVTheatre. Tickets purchased from any other party than CVTheatre will void the ticketing agreement and will become ineligible for support, exchanges and/or refunds.

All attendees must adhere to all district, local, state, and federal policies. Any patrons in violation of any of the aforementioned policies are in breach of the terms set forth by the Agreement.

CVTheatre complies with the rules and regulations set forth by the ADA regarding patrons with disabilities. Tickets for accessible seats are permitted to be purchased on behalf of those needing accessible seating and can be transferred to persons without a disability. CVTheatre reserves the right, under the ADA, to relocate a patron to a different, non-accessible seating location if management determines that the ticket holder does not require the features of the accessible seat. Any accessible seating tickets purchased fraudulently are subject to investigation and/or relocation.

All cameras, audio and video recorders (including those incorporated into cellular phones) and their use are prohibited during all CVTheatre productions. CVTheatre reserves the right to refuse any refund to any persons ejected from the theater due to violation of these conditions of sale.

For tickets purchased online or pre-sale, CVTheatre will notify you electronically to the email address provided on the original ticket order if a show is cancelled or postponed. In such event, you will have sole responsibility to follow the instructions and procedures follow therein and outlined on the CVTheatre Refund / Exchange policy in order to benefit from said exchange or refund, as applicable.

CVTheatre performances start on time and late attendees will be permitted to enter the theater only during suitable and appropriate breaks determined by the venue staff.

CVTheatre reserves the right to cancel any tickets or order of tickets through its ticketing website if you breach any terms and conditions of this Agreement or website. CVTheatre reserves the right to request valid photo identification of the ticket holder. CVTheatre reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, in breach of district policy, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with CVTheatre rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. CVTheatre reserves the right to deny further service or admittance to any patrons in breach of this Agreement.
