Refund / Exchange Policy

These refund/exchange terms and conditions are subject to, and incorporate by this reference, the CVTheatre Ticketing Agreement. The following terms and conditions apply to all ticket purchases on the CVTheatre website and box office (each, a “Service”). Terms and conditions of sites linked to, by or from this Service may vary. By purchasing your tickets for any CVTheatre production, you agree to the following ticketing terms and conditions and have reviewed any referenced documents.

REFUNDS

CVTheatre does not offer any refunds for purchased tickets except in the cases of production cancellations. In reference to the CVTheatre Ticketing Agreement, patrons agree terms of refunds before ticket payment is accepted.

EXCHANGES

Seat exchanges will be offered one per customer, per production, according to the requirements below:

  • Tickets must have been purchased directly from CVTheatre.
  • Tickets must have been purchased within the past 7 days.
  • The performance in question must be at least 7 days in the future.
  • Tickets can only be exchanged for the same production and for the same performance date.
  • Desired tickets for exchange must be greater or equal value than the original tickets, with the customer being responsible for any price difference owed.

LOST / STOLEN TICKETS

Please remember that theater tickets are valuable and should be treated like cash. Tickets are required for entry into the theater as well as for refunds due to unlikely circumstances. Replacement of lost/stolen tickets will be handled as follows:

The original purchaser of tickets purchased online or pre-sale can request to have the lost/stolen tickets invalidated and provided new tickets with regenerated barcodes. The purchaser must contact the ticketing support department at least one (1) day before the production and provide a copy of their valid government ID. No replacements will be offered for tickets that have already been redeemed.

Tickets purchased at the box office are not associated with a customer and therefore no replacements can be offered due to loss or theft.

REFUNDS FOR CANCELED EVENTS

In the unlikely event that a CVTheatre production is canceled without being rescheduled, we will process refunds according to ticket purchase point.

Online orders will be refunded automatically to the original method of payment, except any non-refundable ticketing or processing fees.

Pre-sale orders will receive an email with refund instructions which will include physically coming into our office. These refunds will require the original purchaser with valid ID to be present and will be refunded to original method of payment.

Tickets purchased on site will be refunded to their original method of payment. The original ticket stub is required for a refund. In the event that we are unable to refund all cash orders on site, we will provide contact instructions and arrange another time to provide you with your refund.

REFUNDS FOR RESCHEDULED EVENTS

In the event that a previously scheduled production is rescheduled, tickets for the original event will automatically be valid for the rescheduled event. The original purchaser has the option of receiving a refund for the original ticket in accordance with the aforementioned terms, or having the original ticket become valid for the rescheduled event.

REFUNDS FOR EJECTION

In reference to the CVTheatre Ticketing Agreement, patrons ejected from the theater for any reason violate and void the ticketing contract and thus will be ineligible for refunds and/or exchanges.

SECONDARY MARKETS

Tickets not purchased directly from CVTheatre will be ineligible for support, exchanges and/or refunds.
